
It all started in 1982 when a young boy used to stand on an upturned milk crate at the back of a Yarraville butcher shop cleaning trays.
At 15 that young boy started his apprenticeship to become a butcher and smallgoods maker, who today, is still as passionate as when he established Andrew's Choice in 1989.
Since then Andrew has been nurturing the age old art of Charcuterie; Smoking, salting and curing to produce some of Australia's most awarded smallgoods.

Drawing from his Greek roots, Andrew has infused "MeRAKI" into every aspect of his work. As the word implies, Andrew brings his extensive knowledge and experience, together with his creativity, love and passion for the trade to produce his range of artisan smallgoods.
